QiGong, “Qi” means “energy” or “life force” and “Gong” means “work” or “skill”. Essentially, QiGong may be translated to mean the skill of working with life force energy. Cultivate your innate power to seduce the mind into stillness with slow rhythmic movements and circulation of your own energy. The practicality of these gentle yet impactful energy-enlivening movements creates harmony within the mind, body and spirit - driving greater potential for healing power, balancing emotions, calming the mind, transforming stress into vitality, promoting productivity and preventing disease.

Heidi Ali is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Mindfulness, and QiGong Instructor who began practicing yoga in 2006. She’s a former Adjunct Professor and Lecturer who also studied anatomy, physiology, movement and awareness practices and brings this knowledge when teaching. Heidi teaches to share the transformative power of yoga through self-love, self-care, and self-compassion. Her classes explore the art of dynamic movement, strength, mobility, flexibility and balance through mindful sequencing; integrating breathwork and meditation.
On and off the mat, as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Heidi supports others in obtaining their health and wellness goals through her business Loving YOU. During her one-on-one coaching sessions, Heidi fervently empowers people to care for their uterine health by caring for their whole-self, and she supports their development of a personalized self-healing protocol.
Heidi is happily married with one son and one fur baby. She spends her free time appreciating nature, reading/listening to books, experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying good company and traveling.
