Heidi Ali is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Mindfulness, and QiGong Instructor who began practicing yoga in 2006. She’s a former Adjunct Professor and Lecturer who also studied anatomy, physiology, movement and awareness practices and brings this knowledge when teaching. Heidi teaches to share the transformative power of yoga through self-love, self-care, and self-compassion. Her classes explore the art of dynamic movement, strength, mobility, flexibility and balance through mindful sequencing; integrating breathwork and meditation.
On and off the mat, as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Heidi supports others in obtaining their health and wellness goals through her business Loving YOU. During her one-on-one coaching sessions, Heidi fervently empowers people to care for their uterine health by caring for their whole-self, and she supports their development of a personalized self-healing protocol.
Heidi is happily married with one son and one fur baby. She spends her free time appreciating nature, reading/listening to books, experimenting in the kitchen, enjoying good company and traveling.
It's better for students to pay online so that I'm not accepting payments. Once the yoga picks up, accepting payments at the same time the students arrive will be time consuming and will cut into our class time. Paying online and signing the waiver digitally is seamless.

All class cards and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are subject to reservation/cancellation/no-show policies as described on our website. All expiration dates are final. At expiration, all unused classes that remain in a class package become obsolete, losing any and all value. Specialty classes, workshops, events, trainings or programs have separate fees and are not included in class packages or memberships.
